The IBI was born to add more value to the culture of the promotion of the culture of life against the prevailing culture of death in our contemporary world. Education and research are sure ways of attaining such a noble objective, hence, the students of the IBI and the parents are encouraged to choose the IBI as a citadel of teaching, learning and research, where this objective, necessary for the formation of the future leaders, policy makers, scientists and technocrats, etc. is made easy to realize.

Life involves the totality of man and his activities. All disciplines are called to promote not only the life of man but the survival of man. Interdisciplinary approach and globalization of both the input and output of the programmes of the IBI, make it an institution that has specially been established to be the best bio-friendly institution in the world and among the best citadels of education and research in the world.

The two aspects - interdisciplinarity and internationalization - of the IBI render it invaluable in the formation of students with special vision and new mission in our world, in dire need of change. Every discipline is to become bio-friendly. Every researcher, student, or graduate is trained to be a friend and a lover of life: life of all human persons and all other things that enhance the life of the human persons.

With highly qualified personnel, widely connected system of collaboration with some of the leading tertiary/research institutions in the world, and with many outstanding institutions of commerce, industry, and so forth,  the IBI brings together students to be equipped with “innovative” knowledge, through personal initiatives and collective effort.

The IBI is therefore being constructed to be a citadel where truly interdisciplinary activities find a better and more concrete meaning. Education, research, spiritual, mental and physical exercises are all brought together for a holistic formation of students in a wholesome community.
The programmes that the IBI offers, are a clear testimony of what it truly is: a true an ideal place for individual and group formation for integral local, regional and international development.
